Rhythms of Rest

  • Voxer is a voice and text messaging app that allows us to stay connected between our monthly sessions.

    You can use Voxer to process ideas, celebrate wins, talk through decisions, question a "should," or simply share something that's been on your mind. Voice notes are welcome, but text messages work just as well.

    I respond during office hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, typically within 24–48 business hours. Voxer support is asynchronous, which means I won't always respond immediately, but I will respond thoughtfully.

  • Each month, we'll meet for a 60-minute conversation.

    There isn't a curriculum or a checklist.

    Instead, we'll follow what's most alive for you in the moment. Sometimes we'll talk about creative projects. Sometimes we'll talk about life transitions, burnout, relationships with productivity, or the stories you've inherited about success.

    Often, we'll discover those things aren't separate.

  • Life happens.

    If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to find another time that month.

    If we aren't able to find another time, we'll simply continue with Voxer support until our next scheduled session.

  • After the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

    My hope is that Trellis feels like a supportive relationship rather than something you're locked into. If your needs change or the timing no longer feels right, you're always welcome to step away—and you're always welcome back.
